Home Equity Line of Credit

A “home equity loan” is an open end line of credit with a maximum of $75,000 and a minimum of $500. The adjustable rate is based on the twenty-six week T-bill. This loan is only available on the primary residence with the amount based on 80% of the appraised value less the amount owed. Attorney fees and closing costs will be applied. Signature Loans
