
To combat debit card
fraud, Montgomery Teachers FCU has issued brand-new
MasterCard Check cards to all debit card
users. Your old VISA debit card has been replaced with a
new MasterCard.
Please be sure you activate the new MasterCard -
you will need your new PIN number, which was
mailed to you separately. There's no need to
call for activation, just use your card with the PIN
number ("debit" mode) at any retailer.
If you have not received your new MTFCU
MasterCard debit card, please contact the credit
union.
To members with joint accountholders - you
will receive 2 debit cards with different card
numbers and PIN numbers. You will need to activate
both cards before they can be used. If you
experience any problems using your new MTFCU
MasterCard debit cards, or have any questions about
our debit card program or fraud prevention, please
contact the credit union. If your card is lost
or stolen: please call 1-800-528-2273
immediately. This service is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call as
soon as possible to protect yourself and your credit
union from any fraudulent charges. |
